Several of you asked what I use as a sweetener. I often use STEVIA (www.NuNaturals.com). Stevia is all-natural originating from a plant related to the chrysanthemum originally grown in South America. Stevia is about 30 TIMES sweeter than sugar and does not impact blood sugar. South Americans have used stevia for thousands of years with no significant side effects. However, they USE IT IN VERY SMALL AMOUNTS - don't overdo. My family
also loves the natural vanilla/stevia blend shown to sweeten coffee drinks, warm milk and plain Greek yogurt.
