Wade into Fitness Gives Back
Wade into Fitness continued a 9 year tradition of including fun, health and giving back to our community this past holiday season. Charlene Fedorchak of our Fitness Fusion class and Barbara Cyran of our Healing Yoga class were the winners of this year’s candy cane drawings. Each was allowed to select the charity to receive our Wade into Fitness holiday donation. Charlene selected the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary as the recipient of our Fitness Fusion donation. Holiday Compassion for Animals
Both our holiday "Sharing with Others" winners, GLORIA THIES and HEIDI ATWELL, chose FALLBROOK ANIMAL SANCTUARY as the recipient of our group donations of over $350!! Our winners and all our students that chipped in, are wonderful, generous people!! Namaste. #Animals #Charity #SharingwOthers

Sharing with Others
Wade into Fitness enjoyed our last fitness & yoga classes of 2015 with celebration and sharing that joy with others. Instead of ornaments or gift exchanges for the last 7 years Wade into Fitness students who wish to participate contribute what they would have spent on a gift or ornament to a communal donation. Students then draw candy canes and whoever pulls the specially marked candy cane gets to select the charity of our choice. Together we make a big difference for others.
