Learn this year's fun routine! We celebrate a day early with a "Beauty of the Dance/Bounty of the Earth" Friday July 27 w/ Fitness Fusion 8:30AM class. I modify some of the routine so everyone enjoys! You don't have to be a dancer! It's fun fitness for mind and body. National Dance Day is a campaign which encourages Americans from preschool age to senior citizen to embrace dance as a fun and positive way to maintain good health and combat obesity. It is actively promoted by the TV show “So You Think You Can Dance” and the Dizzy Feet Foundation. National Dance Day was created by Congress six years ago.
