2 - Free Types of Newsletters

Wade into Fitness currently provides 2 types of FREE newsletters:


(1) the first one is a periodic newsletter which is like a short fitness "magazine" with free articles and tips immediately applicable to bettering your health and some class information. This is our main newsletter and is appropriate for everyone - from those who regularly attend to those that can't attend at all because they live on the other side of the world! (Although we do now have online live virtual options for you to be able to join us wherever you live!) This newsletter is helpful for everyone and comes out every couple of months. Everyone should sign up for this newsletter if you are not already getting it! Click here.


(2) Our other newsletter is a short periodic update for more frequent class participants. This is a "fast response" list is for those planning to attend in person classes regularly who need to know if there are class cancellations, safety updates, some special event is happening that week, or if they need to bring particular equipment to class.
