Give Thanks!

Give thanks; it's healthy! Gratitude helps prevent depression, fixation and adds joy to your life. It flows over on those around you (who then want to be around you more). Gratitude helps your health as your body receives the relaxation response so your cells shift into the healing mode.

So give thanks. Let go of the stressful concepts of the perfect meal, perfect relatives, or an event like a Norman Rockwell card. Enjoy the moment, give thanks, let go of judgement, and laugh. You and your love ones will get healthier together. (Even if you have seconds on the pumpkin pie :)
